Cape Management, Inc. was established in 1989 and continues to provide full service management on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We specialize in all aspects of community association management, including administrative functions, property maintenance and financial management.  

Cape Management handles a wide range of community associations; whole ownership, co-ownership, timeshare, subdivisions, marinas and mixed use communities.

HOW TO REACH US

The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM; we close for an hour at noon for lunch.  Saturdays by appointment.

Our phones are answered 24 hours a day seven days a week.  When the office is not open, you may leave a non-emergency message on our voice mail; non-emergency messages will be returned when the office reopens.

FOR AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES – Please call our office at 252-480-2700.  The voice mail will give you emergency instructions.  Please press “2” to leave an emergency message.  Please state your name, the name of your condo and a number where you can be reached.  This system automatically pages our emergency personnel.   Someone will return your call within 15 minutes.
